Below is a selected list of some of the many projects we have successfully managed for our customers.
Publication management
Since August 2005 – Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition Law: editing, print and publication management of the scientific journal International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Publisher Springer Verlag (9 issues per year/1125 pages per year).
Editing
Since September 2019 – Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in cooperation with the Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (GRUR). In 2019 ELSM was brought on board to work on the relaunch in English of GRUR International, a formerly German-language IP journal with a 70-year history of publication. The work consists of a cooperation between the MPI, GRUR, Oxford University Press and Verlag C.H. Beck. The journal is published monthly with contributions from author from around the world.

University of Bayreuth: translation of the scientific articles “Access Rules for Links to Works Made Available Illegally (Zugangsregeln bei Verlinkungen auf rechtswidrig zugänglich gemachte Werke)” and “Remuneration Obligations and License Priority in the New EU Education Limitations (Vergütungspflicht und Lizenzvorrang in der neuen EU-Bildungsschranke)”.
Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften: translation of the study “Copyright and Changing Systems of Scientific Communication (Das Urheberrecht und der Wandel des wissenschaftlichen Kommunikationssystems)”.
